Once again, the story's main problem isn't about who is in the wrong or right but how the screenwriter chose to write the story. As a viewer, I expect them to focus on Ongsa and then Sun but we don't get that. We have no idea who Sun is other than she wants to go abroad and fell in love with someone she never met before.

I totally agree with Sun being like a support character throughout the series since we didn't get any of her POV like you said (and it's not enough) I think, it's because there are a lot of characters and they put a lot of "couples" in series that the screentime or POV for Sun was sacrificed or something. For me the biggest issue is there're a lot of characters that they don't necessarily need that took up a lot of screentime that should've been used to Sun's POV *sighs*

After watchin other reactions, i m back to this vid as i found your understanding on the characters, relationship as well as the issue with the writing are most on point. Cant find any better reaction than this to the ep11 tbh👍

My favorite reactions for this series! Your analysis has been really great both on the characters and story as well as the issues with the series as a whole. Fully with you on Sun (biggest issue to me). She has screen time of a main character but not even one scene per episode where we see her own thoughts.

6:11 YES! Exactly! I would be devastated and dont wanna continue if my partner hides me from his parents and ppl. 54:35 yesyes they should ve shown more sun pov earlier. The story lines are poorly distributed. They should ve cut out some other characters and focused more on sun maybe. I love this show in general but it could have been much better

All I've wanted for the last few episodes was for us to finally get Sun's POV and the fact that they crammed it all in one episode was certainly...a choice. The writers have done a huge disservice to Sun by making her a supporting character in a series that is supposed to be just as much about her as it is about Ongsa. But this show's writing has done a huge disservice to Ongsa's character as well. No one is born with low self-esteem and internalized homophobia; your environment influences that. Ep 1 suggested that Ongsa had been bullied in Phuket and had a hard time making friends or socializing with others because of it, and all the family dinners with Ongsa's family and all her interactions with her mom have been awkward and tense up until this point, so clearly the parents are part of the reason she's like this. Not even Alpha confides in their parents and there' a reason for it, so how can it just be Ongsa's problem? We don't know anything about Ongsa's life before her move to Bangkok or why she is the way she is, so I'm annoyed that the writers decided to make it seem as if all her worries and all her anxiety were just a figment of her imagination, and not something that had a cause. Anyway, glad Ongsa and Sun are on the same page now. Hopefully the show wraps up decently. I'd love some special episodes told entirely from Sun's POV...

Love your reaction and you pretty much said all I want to say lacking Sun's POV is the biggest complain I have for this series and because of that, Love had to do this long 4 min shot just to pour out all her feeling She did a good job really but I feel they could have done it way better if they did try to show her POV through out the EP so people can be more relate to it BUT I am happy they get back together this ep... and we can just enjoy all the sweet moments in the final ep yay~

Very valid points; always read it, because of the title, as Ongsa's story. Also, personally speaking, I was more interested in Aylin from the start; since she was the character I most identified with. kerk

tbh after i finished watching this ep, i was wondering if they intentionally show ongsa's pov only, thats why ongsa didnt understand sun, it's like how we didnt get to see more of sun and understand her in a way. 12 eps feels too short, and it was a relatively fast-paced show compared to other gmmtv shows that's long and draggy

i guess, the start of Ongsa does she have thinking very much, afraid every thing in her mind and her gender coz her family have generation gap issue and the family have a lot people, a lot of comments.
