My favorite thing said by both, might have to dig up and move. Also, might not be the final resting place. These are very encouraging statements to me. It shows that other people screw up like me. So what. Dig it up and plant it somewhere else.

Glad to hear that resonated with you. Gardening is definitely a labor of love that you never finish. Always more to learn; always things to adjust!

😮 I had no idea that a DWARF Cavendish gets that tall!! I thought I was buying a shorty lol 😂
@wellspringgardens17 күн бұрын
I know what you’re saying! An 8-10 foot tree is considered DWARF? 😂 But grow it indoors and it probably won’t get that tall and CAN still fruit!

I start trees in pots and move them around to see where they do the best, then plant

Let the plants date before marrying their spot. That’s smart.

That’s the only way in Zone 4!🥶🥶🥶 Glad to hear you’ve had success with most of your plants. Personally, I think gardeners get more XP every time they kill a plant. Trust me, I’ve got a lot of XP 🤣

@@TwilightVaramek Not sure which fig you got, but I would highly recommend the Fignomenal Fig, especially for and indoor garden. They only grow 2-3 feet tall, and I've seen fruit growing on an 8-inch plant just before sending it out to a customer.

I think the plants can cross pollinate and they lose their originality also the roots will fuse it happens with mint and stuff that’s related to
@wellspringgardens27 күн бұрын
Yes, that’s true of wild bananas - they reproduce sexually with other banana plants, ie pollination. Commercial varieties reproduce vegetatively, meaning there is no pollination involved. New ones will grow from near the base of the first plant; these are often referred to as “pups”

Does the pink variegated banana actually produce fruit or is it ornamental?
@wellspringgardensАй бұрын
@@NumaNumaLambChop the Pink Nono Banana does produce fruit. It’s seeded, and most of the time seeded bananas are classified as inedible, but you can just eat around the seeds.

All looks nice, but why would you show off a male papaya plant?
@wellspringgardens17 күн бұрын
Give me a timestamp of where a male papaya appears and I will give you an answer
