How about revisiting your 10 oldest products at the end of the year and keeping that shade you like so much? Then next year you could do the same thing again, pick out your 10 oldest, try to use them and see what you want to declutter, what feels too old or not worth your energy. So that shade would get focus from you until you actually want to get rid of it.

honestly i think if that kathleen lights super shock still works well with no signs of expiration and you're actively using it, you might as well keep it! but i'm terrible at decluttering things so take that with a grain of salt! and i definitely agree with working on the abh modern renaissance since you're so close to pan!

I just got rid of the chocolate bar palette. I had the original original release where the packaging was thick 🙈

I panned the mini Tarte Paarty blush, and it had its embossing pretty much until I hit pan! You may not be as far off from pan as you think with that one -- the embossing was super deceiving! Congratulations on all your progress! :)

If you want to keep that one shade that seems ok, you could put it in next year's year-long project in January and try to get much use as possible, then declutter. I imagine a year of use will dry it out.
