the moment sing used "F" for hotkey, i shouted "neutral item". i remember his hotkeys because i copied him since there is no neutral item in the game, after that we part ways. he moved "F" to neutral, i use "3". 😅

Basically u hav 2 keys assigned on the same slot, 1 cast 1 quick cast.. in his case when he press c+v it will trigger the slot twice... hence quick off n on, to gain hp in 1 action.. given the armlet must be on when u do that jz like nanz said

When both hotkeys from normal cast and quick cast are pressed, the armlet quickly turns off and on again since it technically was pressed twice
