Where is your folding table w/ chairs and your built-in loft bed??

Hi! This unit didn’t come with the loft bed and folding table/chairs! I had to buy everything myself except the TV, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

Hi Jeff! I live in a leoapalace and I’m moving out. I put an adhesive sticker in my bathroom coz I didn’t know that it was magnetic at first. To cut the story short when I took it out few scratches came up. How can I fix this?

Unfortunately, I'm don't know much about repairs but if you paid a deposit before moving in, they might take out some of it to fix the scratches if necessary. But I also know you are required to pay a cleaning fee before moving in or out, so they will probably take it from that. I suggest talking with customer support to see what they can do! Hope it goes well!

Hi Sherin! Thanks for reaching out! Initial cost was around 120,000 yen po. I was lucky na may promo sila na 0 key money and deposit + 2 months free rent kaya ganun xa ka baba. Usually it can reach up to 200,000 or more. I was also moving from Osaka so the moving fees were a bit expensive.
