All my cholesterol numbers went down and my AC1 went from 5.9-5.7 to 4.9. I've dropped 60 lbs recently. Overall 100 lbs. I eat a burrito bowl, instead of a corn burrito and get double meat. I take the burrito bowl and split it into 2 meals, because there's enough food there for 2 meals. I used to eat candy and I no longer eat candy or sugary drinks. I stay away from processed foods or pasta. For some reason, I gained weight on pasta or cheap processed foods.

Ken, you are wasting your time buying the green 1LB propane tanks. You can get a MrBuddy hose adapter that lets you connect the heater to a regular refillable propane tank. A couple 5LB tanks or a 10LB will pack pretty small and be a much better solution and let you run the heater way longer.

Your buddy heater has an ox sensor and it will shut off when it runs low on ox. I used one in my truck and it would do the same thing.

Can you PLEASE buy some cheap zip ties and clean up the routing of all the wires in this van? I know it is time consuming, but the results are worth the effort! Also buy yourself some flush cut clippers for the zip tie ends. I know your van is still a work in progress, but all those wires would drive me insane if I was in there LOL! Keep up the great work!

That steak looked delicious. For me it’s usually eye fillet, or porterhouse. Also I like minute steaks some nights where I added some steak salt and pepper. Camp steak I call it lol.

It funny you should ask. My husband and myself we in a nice eatery. Thank the lord it wasn’t one of the nicer places and at the time we were early and it wasn’t as busy. He was having about a 200.00 plus bone in ribeye. As I look up from across the table he is eaten the hell out of it like a cave man. My mouth dropped and he said if I payed for it I’m going to enjoy it as if it’s the only one he has ever eat. Lmao. That’s my husband!!

My favourite kind of steak is T Bone done medium rare but sometimes I like it done just a bit more than medium rare. Depends on my mood :) You should try Chop steakhouse! Not sure if they have those in Ontario but worth the try. I find it better than The Keg.

A filter for your buddy heater might help, gas has tiny dirt particles in it that will clog the small valves and lines.

OMGosh! I’m going to toss my cookies!! 🤮 There is no way that I could eat raw meat. And I know that the majority says differently, but to me that is raw meat and I wouldn’t touch it with a 10 foot pole. Medium-well for me. Thank you very much. I went on my own all meat diet and lost 60 pounds = 27.216 kilograms. Overall, I lost over 100 pounds = 45.359 kilograms at my highest weight. I keep away from processed foods, which made me gained the weight. Anything, like pasta and sugary foods. I love candy and I no longer eat candy. My AC1 went from 5.9-5.7 to 4.9 today. So, I'm no longer pre-diabetic.
