I’m year one into my backyard vineyard…and your video have helped tremendously. Inspirational! For your red wines, I find that my wines still have too much CO2. Do you degas or have any secrets? I tried 5nm sintered steel rounds and a vacuum pump in my demijohn prior to bottling, and that worked well. But are there other possible methods?
