I'd prefer a fully-enclosed (for privacy) upstairs bedroom with a bathroom and closet. That would make it more useful for a broader range of people.

An upstairs bedroom without a closet and bathroom is useless for us. Love the green bathroom (but a bit too green), kitchen and dining area but the living room and downstairs bedroom feel small. Where’s the laundry area? Great storage under the staircase!

A bedroom upstairs without a closet or a bathroom is worthless to us. Living room felt a little small, loved the kitchen and green bathroom but a bit too much green. Downstairs bedroom is too small for us. Overall, not what we are looking for.
