IDAHO FALLS - A county prosecutor referred to a 23-year-old man as potentially the most dangerous person he's met during a sentencing Tuesday, where the young man was given a maximum life sentence.

The woe part you’re talking about is actually asked by the defense attorney. According to psychologist, sociologists, and other -ologists, environment plays a big role in how someone unfolds later in life. Im not giving this dude excuses cause there are none when one knows right from wrong but his lawyer has a job to do and an important one at that (and no, its not only to get criminals out of their consequences) ^__^

What does he expect for a home invasion? In most households he would not still be alive. Even with my grandfather born in 1899 he would have had a shot gun in his face. Too many homeowners have been killed and tortured in home invasions.

Nate, you should do a story about the new State Public Defender office, particularly the pay scale for experienced, talented, and ethical attorneys (as well low pay for contract attorneys) such as attorneys Thomas and Archibald. I’m fairly confident they are NOT being compensated appropriately! Strong representation of defendants is important for our democracy and the criminal justice system as a whole.

So true, in 25 years, babies born today will be adults possibly with their own families, a lot in that room will be dead, those need protection from this kind of killer, he won’t be to old if they parole him, so is why he needed minimum 45 yrs., near 70. But as soon as they’re in jail they become dad of the year? Yeah I get it and I sympathise with you. But my feelings go to the victims a long time before they even go anywhere near that thing!
