Fred, I know you have to be careful with the woo factor, but on the BBC show, you described one of the beasts as being so black, it didn’t reflect light, even with the torch shining off it. That darkness brings to mind shadow people. They too absorb light. You really have to wonder what is going on out there.

@@Rosesraspberries72 some try. Some of those sceptics ideas are even more ridiculous than anything woo. “Maybe you saw a bear with mange”…like someone who’s spent their whole life in bear country wouldn’t know a bear if they saw one.

These things don't need firearms. I'd suspect they can make anything lethal with deadly accuracy. If I were motoring away in a boat I would be expecting incoming. Sasquatches get into a "hold my beer" contest where you're the target! Thanks Fred!

Thank you once again Fred for bringing these events to us! This situation could have turned out a lot worse and thankfully it didn't! These creatures are definitely not little cuddly teddy bears. They are a clear and present danger to people IMHO. All the more reason to condemn the refusal of state and federal government to acknowledge and warn us of what they know.

Hi Fred. A sincere thank you to these three, for sharing this intense encounter. Frankly, I was on Connie’s side to just get out of there. I imagine this all happened in a very condensed time frame. Who even has time or wits to maneuver when something as scary as this happens. I sincerely hope they are ok to go back out. Fred, thank you for the map. I like to go on Google Earth and explore the areas you mention. That’s a very remote location. Neat kinda land bridge there. Take care Fred.
