Well yes, but Oathbreaker only works if the Paladin breaks their oath willingly. This did not happen. Lathrix killed this particular Paladin and then reanimated the corpse before making it a mockery of its former self with unholy improvements that made it a much more effective killing machine that exists only to do the bidding of the one who converted it. I can think of no better name for this than a Death Knight

A couple quick ideas for your super-speed battleship. For detecting foes, you could add a secondary AI linked to a few small particle cannons (perhaps one per side) that you leave on when your traveling. It will same recorces because they'll run off of the RTGs while still pointing in the (relative) direction of a foe. As for the name, I think the Impiety would fit this ship nicely. Piety is the quality of being religious or reverent, which is something I think a paladin would be. This ship, on the other hand, lacks any for of reverence, and in fact seems to disrespect its own graceful lines, sacrificing them for speed, firepower, and audacious wheelies.

I honestly love the brutal cobbled together look of the Oathbreaker. Dark, heavy metal plates mixed with massive jets to make it zoom across the waves. The danger comes when you see it slow down when it sees you. Also, give it a melee particle cannon at the front. Experiment! Give that bad boy a murder sword! Also also, call it the Oathbreaker because it comes from the husk of a once great Paladin, now dedicated to turning its former allies to your side. Its oath was forsaken, and now all allegiance is as well.

But then mysteriously the ship rose to sea level and started sailing agian when the ship started sailing it looked like giant octopus/squid was fused to the hull of it the foundation also noticed instead of boat routers it had giant tentacles propeling it forward and on the end of te ship it had two octopus eyes the ship was able to fire all of its guns and was heavily armored. One Idea for a challenge you could do for FTD is a challenge where there are no repair bots or tentacles. In other words, all repairs must be done by hand. This way over time you will take shortcuts and make little inaccuracies in the repair of your ships making them all unique. Furthermore, if a ship is damaged enough you may just do a makeover to parts or all of it. Basically, it would provide greater challenge and interest to the gameplay. In addition, it would make it harder to recklessly charge at an enemy because you know that any damage taken would remain until you repair it. It may be better to play this as a multiplayer challenge due to the sheer number of tasks necessary but that's up to you. I'd love it if you took this into consideration.

I love what you're doing with that ship. Might I suggest naming it the "Blackguard" as an opposite of paladin? Also, since you're wanting to shift the center of mass forward and look like you're going to be riding up on enemies you ram, what about putting in one or more rows of ventral rams? They'd weigh down the nose and act like a saw if you start to accidentally mount your target. Plus they'd probably help hold the ships together if you want to do a boarding action.
