You might regret buying the Benz C300 in Nigeria instead buy the C400.
The Mercedes-Benz W205 C300/C400 in Nigeria is that beautiful Mercedes with a lot of curves you see the Nigerian big boys driving on the road today. It is very fine car no doubt but there is one thing everyone must know about the C300 in Nigeria.
In this video, I clips from DAUTODOC'S Instagram page...he is a Benz specialist in Nigeria and you could see how well the C300 in Nigeria was notorious for engine failure.
You could still buy and drive these cars but I think the C400 just saves you all the stress to be very honest. Engine problem is not something you want to deal with in a Mercedes because it will cost you a lot of money and time.
However, you could still buy and drive this car but just take not of the warnings in the video...if you do this then you should be fine.
Buying a C300 Mercedes-Benz in Nigeria could be an extreme sport if you don't do your due diligence in checking if the car is functioning very well especially if it is a Naija used Mercedes-Benz C300.

Interference Engine obviously. But it's expected of the engine to break down earlier than expected. Its a small engine 2L I-4 plus the turbocharger and the fact that it's Gas Direct Injection engine, that's a lot of pressure for a small engine like that. And the owners treat it like it's V6, putting a lot of pressure on the engine to get more sporty performance. C63 is better performance and speed, cos it screams "bring it on" 😎💪🏽

C class is still not as solid as the E class. You nailed it , it better for 2 rear seats passengers. Not the kind of vehicle to have chauffeur, you get the best by driving it yourself. Not ideal for tall rear seat passenger

Every MB that came with the M274 engine had the same piston head problem C300, E300, GLC300. Best to avoid them all.

No that's not true not all of them. Yes 2015 C300 had that piston issue but Mercedes recalled and fix it. Also from 2016 and up, especially 2017 the issue were corrected

Lol! What he said about the c300 having engine issues is true. The engine isn't strong and tends to breakdown easily. For a better reliability, chill and purchase the c400 where you can even get a more spirited driving with 329hp under the hood
