A good percentage of the coaches and parents are simply trash people. That's why the kids behave that way. I dumped half of my roster over time because some kids refused to be civil. Spend 10 seconds interacting with the parents and the reason becomes immediately clear.

Putting up 3s on your arm while talking, Lebron, putting your hand down showing they are too small to guard them, pretty much anyone in the NBA. Fixing nothing, just giving them more ammo to showboat. One kid made a shot and ran over to the opposing bench and starting yapping to the players sitting down.
