Let’s say I know how to cure heart disease, 100% guaranteed, works every time, but the law doesn’t allow me to publish the book with the answers, that would be effectively far worse than starting a war with a death toll of 10 million.

Mr. Kinsella is one of the greatest legal theorists alive. He resides among the ranks of Prof. Hoppe and Rothbard. He came up with the estoppel approach to punishment justification that is similarly groundbreaking for libertarian legal theory as the argumentation ethics argument by Hoppe, which is the most important and strongest argument against any proposed socialistic or criminal “norm”. Read his work to see an ability to logically deduce that is very hard to match.
