Did not get what carrying forward means

see as the whole range is incremented so rather than adding in each place we will add in start and subtract from last so when we will take prefix sum it will be adjusted

he meant because when we add a value say at index i then that value is added to (i+1)th index since that is what prefix sum does and to the rest of the values in front as well.
