Brilliant, love that these swags are getting knowing in the States. I have a dual 1100 and have been using it constantly for 4 years and it's still as good as the day I got it. You'll not be disappointed ted with this bit of gear. We had an exchange student when I was at school from west Texas and have always wanted to visit your area ever since. Just FYI the Kodiak Swag tent does have a tension pole, but it's a $16 add-on and doesn't come with the tent. You have to purchase it separately.

I have one of these mate, its one of my favourite swags I ever brought. the canvas on it seem to be top quality Material. The mattress in it is not high end but if you get another 2inch self inflatable mattress or blow up one it's comfy as to sleep in. But hope it will last you for years as I had mine for 3 years so fare.

Yes this is a great swag, when on the cot the mattress is fine but on the ground deff need addition cushion.

You can get a ridge pole so no guying necessary for the Kodiak swags. I think there about $15.

Great choice of swag brand. There are some cheapies (here in Aust) & can leak in heavy rain. 23 Zero are rock solid (Darche, ARB, AOS too to name a few). I personally have the Outbreak 1550 which one of their biggest, but i want to be able to spend the evening or even day in my swag if i have too should the weather turn sh!t or the area is infested with mozzies come sundown. But thats just me. That said, if i had a smaller swag, i’d go for a 3 pole to avoid sagging in the middle. Although you can put a pool noodle in it to fix that if ya want. 😉👍

Yeah get a big one too so you have a nice small & light single & a bigger one for other times depending on needs. I was also thinking about a 900 single, but i might just get a 900mm mattress & swap out the mattress instead if i need to pack smaller. So i’ll still have all the room of the large swag.

I'm looking to do the exact same thing. I was thinking the Teton cot might be too short for the swag tent. But it seems to look ok. Does it hang over the edges?

Hangs over the sides just a smidge but I think it works perfect
