Hey Jason and Eric. Love the modern elevation. You just answered my question whilst in the dining room; you said staged furniture. Last video the furniture was included. The staging is 🔥. You know I love a bar 🍾🥂🍷🍻🍹🍸🥃🧊. 3 sitting areas thus far. Like the split fridge and the prep area in the rear with secondary stove and fridge. Laundry 🧺 room. Pet washing station 🙌🏼. Covered lanai, pool, lounging, dining & kitchen, dock. No elevator. Guests are not gonna want to leave with bedrooms and VIP suites this big. Oh there is an elevator. Nice. Upstairs laundry 🧺 quite nice. Primary time. His/hers closet 🙌🏼 and en-suites. Guess 1- way glass or automatic blinds/drapes. Great home. Thanks for the tour.

I live not far from here in Boca and yes, these houses trade for north of $18/$20MM… especially on the intracoastal here in Boca. There’s many houses in Royal Palm and Boca that have sold for north of $15/$20MM. Hell, there’s an empty lot down the water not far from this house that’s listed for $45MM.

I just loved the hause, in fact I only loved the hause, its true that the price its a litle bit higher tahn I would pay (5 or 7 million less), and what I really put in alot of effort to watch is the neighborhood, I mean I don't understand how they can live so close, and watch the private lifes of the others, and the souns must incredible random and anoying... The garage bays look ordinary like, why are they separated. (Shouts cheap to start with) the door looks way too skinny. The tvs are tiny. The house is too crowded like they tried to hard to just squeeze too much in. A disappointment and 15million at the max if lucky

Though beautiful craftsmanship the home is waaaaay overpriced. The lot was sold for 3.8 mil and the home was probably built for around 2mil for a total around 6 mil give or take. Initially they want 35 million price drop to 29.5 million then to 27 million now 24.9 million is the selling price? lol they hey crazy, back in 2020 this home would have been price around 8-9 million.
