Are you really an expert on the fort Lauderdale area? I know my area better than anyone possibly but I wouldn't know a thing about this location. This house where I live is worth only maybe 5 to 15 million but it's impossible for me to say what it's worth where it is located. But idk if id say the rich don't quibble but what I would say is the rich are not stupid and they won't overpay any more than a regular person. In fact they probably want a steal and have no pressure to buy like a normal person might be desperate to have somewhere to live. So I think the rich are paying less than market value usually

This is a beautiful 3 stories modern design mansion with a left wing and a right wing, front and back balconies, and nice lap pool. the stone and furniture used in the house is of high quality. I live the open design, the living room with the onyx wall, the kitchen with the nice stone island, and the dining room. I like the glass elevator and the black marble stairs. I like the bedrooms. I like the master bedrooms, master bathrooms, and master closet. I like the stone in the master bathroom. The Turkish spa is awesome.

Guess that includes the art , light fixtures everything including outdoors hence $40 mil. Sleek kitchen with the sink on the correct inner island. Oh wow. A full secondary kitchen. Artsy, retro furniture in the sitting room off the kitchen and the breakfast nook. Elevator. Beautiful well lit movie 🎥 room with a view or implement the black out shades. The 1st floor guest bedrooms , VIP suites and en-suites are 🔥. Amazing backyard with dining/kitchen with bar seating/tv/pool/hottub/landscaping/dock. Massive guest bedrooms , en-suites and closets upstairs. Turkey waterproof spa. Second laundry 🧺 room & staff staircase. Primary with fireplace and balcony. His/hers showroom closets. Definitely 10 ppl can comfortably fit in the shower. 2 🚽’s. Oh a 3rd floor. The workout equipment included too? That’s about $25k give or take in equipment. Sauna. Terrace space. Game space with bar.
