24 Harley-Davidson vs the 21-23 models

Nooooo. This was awesome. A Harley dealer just now admitted that there's an issue with the 21s. I'm fighting with HD now about my 21 with only 1400 miles barley ever starting on first try and throwing codes. This is amazing. Thanks for video to share with my dealer.

Local dealer told me $2600 for the kit and about 8-10 hours to install. Edit: It’s under the Harley M1615 service bulletin. Can find it online.

@@MagosAdeptus thanks a lot for sharing. That's a lot of cash. Probably better to trade the bike into a 24 version and get a new one 👌 I just get a new alternator on warrenty. Not sure if everything works out. At least for now I was stranded 3 times in the first 10 weeks on 10.000 miles. Strange. But no other issues at all so probably the alternator will do the job 🙏

He also forgot to mention that the right radiator pipe has a different form. It’s the same part number but a different form to avoid melting due to the right cylinder exhaust. This should also have been a recall by HD.

Riding Harleys for 40 years, I thought so too. I test rode one. Now I own one. Sits right next to my Road glide and they get along just fine.
