why don't you have a heavy above the entrance? even if you lose all heavy at the back they wouldn't be able to rocket (place it high enough so it doesn't get destroyed instantly xD) You also could place a cliff plat or sth to expand you foundation range

I used to defend a crouch bear flat out back in the day. It is the eaiest to defend and depending on it being online or offline, it can differ from impossible to raid to piss easy. From abusing grapples and spikes to tek rifling full caves in under 15 mins offline. Broken broken cave, love seeing people defend it.😊 Edit - yep, the grappling changed the defence ahahhaa.

One of the most annyóying bear caves, i ever had to deal with had 0 turrets in the crouch, just about 15 Stegos and 10 Thylas with capped saddles and on aggressive.. Took us about 2 hours to figure out that we could Stego impale them from the outside, if we just backed up to em (Our Thylas just got instant impaled and died).

Honestly can agree with the end statement the best wipe I’ve had on ark was a highlands cave wipe custom so it was a crouch entrance we had everything under the sun oh and I spend 2 whole days carpet spamming from the highlands cave to the wyvern trench (half way up) to the highland ne spawn
