One pro tip bro.. when Pakistani people are paying for you just say thank you and accept it. Otherwise they get offended when they are paying and you don't accept it. Its like refusing to accept a gift from a friend. ☺️

The train is just like the ones in India. Everything is same. This is nostalgic. Train journeys were my favourite journeys. Now for the past 10 years I am only commuting by airplanes, and believe me it is not even close to the train experience. It's like I can smell it from here. Thank you for this trip. For me it was 2 trips a year from Bombay to Varanasi and back to Bombay. Oh I am reminded of those days.

They have laws for hotels not allowing foreigners. It's due to security. They want foreigners in hotels with security. They do not want an international incident. They're trying to change their negative media perception. The dude at the end was just curious about a white , tourist. Bless him for speaking English though. It's a hard to learn. Pakistanis, and Bangladeshis are good people.

Not sure if anyone pointed it out to you or not. A difference between your vlogs and most of the other vloggers is that you are sharing a holiday experience which a lower income person or a lower-middle class person in Pakistan can afford. Most other vloggers share an experience that only upper middle class or people in higher income can afford. By following your experience people living off benefits in Europe and States can also travel around Pakistan easily. 👍

If I remember correctly I think it was because I was in the Cantonment area? Seems like foreigners are prohibited from staying in Cantonment areas in many cities I've been to. Not sure if there is another reason though. To anyone who reads this and have been watching my videos I would just like to say thank you so much for your interest and your time! It means a lot to me! Especially to the Pakistani viewers! It is nice to feel like I can connect with Pakistani people while back home in the U.S. 😁

@@backcountryclint the only reason was cantonment area nothing else.. mostly tourists stay in Islamabad hotels but the distances between Islamabad and Rawalpindi in not more than 30 mins.. people only go to Rawalpindi for shopping and for restaurants and hotels the go to Islamabad..you can say Rawalpindi is resemblance of Sadar in karachi and Islamabad is more like shahra e faisal.. although they are very close but at few distance. I'm really happy that you're enjoying Pakistani accomodations and hospitality and showing and peace view of Pakistan to the world that we are not bad as we are shown in world..

In my time spent in Pakistan, all I saw was amazing hospitality, landscape, food, music, and the most welcoming people. On my visit to Pakistan for the first time ever, I distinctly remember these days. I was first introduced to the country by my Pakistani roommates many years ago when I was 18 and living in London. Their stories had piqued my interest right away. Finally, after all this time, I got the chance to come to Pakistan. It took me two months to plan my trip and included many nights of researching what to do and where to go.

Here are eight things to keep in mind when traveling in the mountains If you also want to go to a mountainous area for tourism, you can take some precautions to protect yourself and others from trouble. Mountainous weather is colder than you think, roads are dangerous and water can be deep During Eid, Pakistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir have witnessed crowds of tourists. As the school summer holidays begin, parents with their children and young people with their friends head to the mountainous tourist destinations to enjoy the cool and pleasant weather away from the heat of the cities and this trend continues till the end of September. Is. It has been observed that most of the tourists coming from big cities not only suffer from various problems and worries due to inadequate information, incomplete preparation, unfamiliarity with routes and neglect of precautionary measures, but also their families and local people. Also cause trouble. If you also want to go to a mountainous area for tourism, you can protect yourself and others from trouble by taking these precautions. 1. Information before leaving Get basic information about where you want to go before setting up your program. There is a lot of information available on the internet, but sometimes it is difficult to choose between right and wrong, so it is better to get authentic information from government agencies and rely on them. There are dozens of tourism related groups on social media where you can get useful information. Tourist volunteers provide you with this information free of charge. 2. Accommodation arrangements Tourist places are crowded during the summer season. So before you go on a trip, make sure you have accommodation so that you don't have to worry about going there. In many areas, hotels and guesthouses now book through websites like booking.com, but in most areas such facilities are not available. Tour operators working locally in these areas can be your helpers. 3. Driving on mountain roads Be careful if you are driving yourself. Driving in bumps and two-way traffic can be difficult for you on winding mountain roads. Avoid traveling at night. If you have to travel on unpaved mountain roads off major highways, rely on local drivers and vehicles instead of driving yourself. However, before boarding any vehicle, make sure that it is suitable for travel in all respects. Avoid traveling on old, dilapidated and broken vehicles as they often lead to accidents. Petrol pumps are not available at many tourist destinations, so keep a reasonable stock of fuel in your car to avoid trouble. 4. Map is very important If you do not know the routes, buy a map of the area and keep it with you. Google Maps is a great helper, but it also leaves a mark where the Internet is not available. Internet is not available in most mountainous areas. 5. Beware of water Prohibit your children and women from approaching or diving near rivers, streams and lakes. The water in these areas is unbearably cold, deeper than expected and the flow can be faster. Tourists, especially children and women, fall into the river while taking selfies due to ignorance and get into accidents. If you want to enjoy boating or other water sports, be sure to use a life jacket and make sure the boat, raft or water scooter you are riding on is safe and rescue workers are around. 6. Cold protection management Make adequate arrangements for protection from the cold. Keep an umbrella and raincoat with you to avoid rain. Women usually go to the mountains wearing high heels. Try to wear joggers or at least keep them together. If you plan on hiking, be sure to bring a cane. Whether you're traveling alone or with family and friends, carry first aid kits and basic necessities. 7. Respect local customs People's lifestyles, cultures and customs are different in each region. Respect them. It has been observed in many tourist places that tourists take pictures of local women and children without permission. It is often considered defective in mountainous areas. Avoid taking pictures without permission from anyone, or secretly. This can cause problems for you. 8. Selfie, but watching Avoid military installations and photography of local women. Being a border area, you may be repeatedly asked for identification, so keep your identification documents with you. Stay in touch with the local police and tourism department in case of any emergency. The nearest Pakistan Army outpost can also be helpful to you.
