U need to sprinkle water a little water before hesting them on the microwave. The microwave basically uses the moisture in the food to cook it

Costco in Mexico is essentially the "high end" supplier. Portions are a little smaller than the US for foods, because of the demographic they are targeting. Polanco is the "ritzy and upscale" but not super-wealthy district of Mexico City. Pretty much everything is centered around that mall.. it was normal for the upper/middle class from all over the region to drive into that specific small area for shopping. I think our commute was over an hour one way and we went there several times the week I was there.

@@Adefesio94 Baja California they are quite a bit smaller on things like meat packs. In the US you have to buy 2-4 kilos of meat while you can get 1 kilo in Ensenada. Same with all those deli foods. Now things like TP and paper towels are all the same packages, since they are mass produced.

The Texas Costco I go to used to have a pesto turkey sandwich for like $3.99 that was TO DIE FOR! And of course they got rid of it... along with their supreme pizza 😒 Food court also had a massive chicken ceasar salad for $4.99 that could easily feed 2 ppl. I miss costco pre-pandemic. 😢

i found it best to toast the fresh uncooked tortilla's on a higher heat so you get those burnt spots but also have some of that see thru spots that make them nice and tender with a slight chew to them so good! Walmart sell them in some area's made by tortilla land i think was the company if i remember correctly.

Like in the brownie dessert, it was Mazapan (Mexican traditional candy made out of peanuts) not marzipan which is made out of almonds.
