I have lived in Bath for nearly 50 years. Grace showed me lots of places and Cafes that I had never heard of. My next holiday I will stay in Bath and really look at what I’ve missed. Well done girls it made me proud to live in Bath.

Bath is my hometown, but because of covid I've not been outside in years (I'm immunocompromised), so watching this was strangely comforting to see all the familiar places that I really miss seeing on my daily commute.

@@Cbjacks97 I'm just following the advise of my consultant at the moment, which is to stay at home as much as possible, continue to work from home etc. If case numbers get to a reasonable level it will be safer for me to go out, but at the moment it's probably the least safe it has ever been since so few people wear masks or take other precautions anymore.

Oh dear, this must be really difficult :( Obviously I don't know your situation, but could you take little driving trips around Bath, even if you don't actually get out of the car? I was recently diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and am mostly housebound, but find that sitting in the car for little trips is a good compromise.

I have lived in the south west since I was born, I live 27 mins away from Bath in another county called Wiltshire. Bath is an amazing city but when you go to the college there for three years it does start to get a little bit boring; but is still amazing. But the views never get old that's for sure. There is a cafe on the actual bridge as well, where the windows are on the bridge is part of the cafe. The coffee in Bath is amazing, 100% agree. I have gone to Bath for years and still haven't gone to all the cafes, but I do have my favourite cafe there called "MOKOKO coffee" they have amazing banana bread and the coffee is amazinggggg. The limestone is called "Bath stone" I believe. Also my friend works in "San Francisco Fudge Factory" that you visited, I will tell him and send this video to him. 😂😂

I live in Bath and it’s so interesting seeing where you visited!! When I saw your Instagram story I wanted to dm you to tour around but thought it would be so awkward 😅 For the best photos of Pultney Bridge you need to go down the stairs right down to the riverbank! It’s a shame you didn’t get to visit Framptons, it’s one of my favourite brunch spots! I have to say there are even better coffee spots in Bath, like Cortado and Colonna & Small’s. Bertinet bakery has great bread but I think Thoughtful Bakery has the best pastries (just my opinion). Can’t wait for the rest of the series!

Great tour, we now live part time (for the moment!) in Bath having purchased a Grade 1 Apartment nr to RC in Dec 2021. We have tried most places (fun working progress!) Comptoir + Cusine is a favourite! Interestingly the little console table you showed in Sam Wilson is now pride of place between our HUGE sash windows! Thank you for your insight fun tour xx

What a fun adventure! You are a great travel guide. The hotel looked perfect; cozy and comfortable after a day in the rain. The spa is quite a bonus. I especially loved that you and Honor had so much fun and were so positive. Shop closed? No problem, just part of the adventure! Find another place to go and end up somewhere wonderful. The restaurants were great choices. I especially enjoyed your experience at the French restaurant. Can't wait until your next location!

If you go to Bath again, I’d highly recommend going on the double decker tour bus - so fun! And you can hop on and off whenever and wherever (as least, you could 😅 I went on it two years ago but still see it around!)

grace! Please do Margate!!! It’s really flourishing as a seaside town once again, with lots of amazing restaurants (I recommend bottega Caruso) bars, art galleries and shops. It also has the best sunsets in the UK and amazing beaches!!!

my fav fudge place is Fudge Kitchen, there's one in Bath as well as Windsor, Cambridge and a few other places! Personally think it's the best fudge. You can buy online but getting it freshly made in store on the way is WAAAY better!

The last thing you ate with the meat on the stone looks like what we call a "pierrade" in France. We did it a lot when I was young and basically you have all sorts of meats, sauces and veggies and there's a giant stone in the middle of the table where everyone can cook their food to their liking. It used to be my favorite thing when I was a kid but I don't eat meat anymore.
