Excellent coverage of Cuenca. My wife was born in Guayaquil and we visited Ecuador back in 2017. We even had cuy in Cuenca, It was delicious but my brain got the best of me and I had to stop eating it.

A few things… Gaunabana is one of Elliot’s favorite fruits although mostly frozen in milkshakes, I’m pretty sure it’s a superfood too! It was tough watching the Guinea Pigs but hey, when in Ecuador! Finally the bloops were So. Funny. Alicia biting Nate had Elliot rolling 😂😂😂

Fruit is amazing all on it's own, but we have to agree with Elliot that it always tastes better in a milkshake 😋 We totally understand, but like you said, when in Ecuador 🇪🇨 And glad you like the bloops. Watching them always makes me realize how goofy and hilarious Alicia is 😀

"It tastes like nothing" 🤣 that's an accurate description. It's a traditional Ecuadorian dessert called suspiro. You'll also find it in Peru if you head there next.

Hi, I am from Ecuador and I enjoy watching your Videos. But with regards to the Cuy (Guinea Pig) that you ate, you are wrong (misinformed I guess) Cuy is NOT a luxury meal, not even close. It is actually something that most poor people eat because they can't afford other types of meats (chicken or beef) And Cuy is a something that you ONLY find in the highlands. You won't find it in Guayaquil nor in any other coastal town because people from the coast simply don't eat that. But again, your Videos are great!

Im from the coast and never ever ate cuy? Yuck! Really? Im a vegetarian , not vegan...and live in USA. I miss the fresh fish, fresh fruits, organic food. Here the food doesnt have taste!
