Nothing would happen to her in Manila. There's very little violent crime anywhere in Asia. Europe and America are far worse, though Denmark is very safe.

SOUTH EAST ASIAN MAJOR CITIES like Manila along with Bangkok, Jakarta, and KL. has a common characteristics its so normal to see its contrast between very modern area to a local poor neighbourhood. But as you can see Manila is changing Rapidly you can see alot of construction on going from improving its infrastructure, transportations and quality of life in all aspects, from time to time alot of bubble area are being tranform from poor area to such underrated one just Explore Manila if you want to see how vibrant, and developed Manila really is. enjoy your stay in the Philippines.

A new subscriber to your channel. Let's see what your youtube channel has to offer. hahaha.Well, we need to see the bright side if a flight is canceled because there must be a reason for that. For me, I always take it as God's will, even though it can be disappointing when your flight is canceled or delayed. I guess it is what it is. But hopefully, you'll enjoy your stay in the Philippines. Aside from BGC High Street, you can also check out Makati area,try to walk along ayala ave,the wallstreeet of the Philippines.You can walk around the mall like Greenbelt in Makati, which is connected to other malls and has lovely overpasses and underpasses so you don't have to mess with jeepneys and buses when crossing the street.Anyway enjoy your stay and keep safe.God bless on your travels to different islands in the Philippines.Welcome to the Philippines.

Manila can feel intimidating compared to other cities in Southeast Asia because the culture is vastly different. It doesn't have the peaceful Buddhist vibe, it feels much more like a Central American country due to the Spanish influence and there is much more poverty. However, it is still very safe and the violent crime is extremely low, especially for foreigners. You can walk around by yourself at night anywhere in the city except maybe Tondo and nothing will happen to you. I do agree that it feels much more intimidating than other large Southeast Asian cities (even I feel it as a FIlipino American when I visit), but people aren't going to mug you or rape you, they're just poor.

You heared negative things??? It's just purely hearsay hence it's fake.. You already judged a country/ city you never been to . Just do some research via youtube bout manila rather than just rely on merely hearsay...then you will find out that manila is awesome hence it's a vloggers hub, digital nomad paradise, tourism heaven etc.. Now you been here..you seen what manila is really like..BGC alone is easthetically superior than singapore.
@nielk7992 жыл бұрын
MAKATI alone is way better than KL to be honest how much more if we Compare to BGC i been to KL for a few weeks and the one thing i got amazed are only there advanced transportations and the iconic twin tower of petronas the rest are boring. when it comes to Central Business District obviously MANILA is way more compact, organized and Modern.

She stated "I'm loving it, I judged Manila too hard." What's wrong with that? That is just a normal speech here in the US about admitting that she thought wrong about the Philippines because of what she heard about it but proved otherwise. In fact, if you really listen to what she is saying, she has expressed a lot of good about the Philippines. Even myself as a Fil-Am hear a lot of bad and negative news about the Philippines, some true and some untrue or fake. And I admit i'm scared too. What more with a foreigner who has never been in that country? There is also a difference between just researching and personally experiencing. And depending on what type of research you do and relying on it alone does not suffice. You still have to fact check.
