This was another great episode!! I love it so much I just watched it twice. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️🎬 Alex you never fail to share with us such great detailed information of where you’re visiting, including amazing views, and breathtaking scenery. It’s always an uplifting experience with “Travels By Alex”! You and your good friend Jovana have great chemistry and make a great team with capturing real life experiences. I also love the bloopers. I can’t wait to see the next place you visit. 😍

Great video! What was the food like in North Macedonia? Was it similar to Greek food or Serbian food?

Of course Skopje has nothing to do with Alexander the Great who was born near Thessaloniki, Macedonia, Greece and his Greek Macedonian kingdom barely extended to the southernmost part of the modern country of North Macedonia. If there ever was an attitude which best expressed the term 'cultural appropriation' the attitude of 75% of the current citizens of that state, this is it. Their only relation with Ancient Macedonia is that at some point in the late 19th century they decided to call themselves 'Macedonians' to differentiate themselves from the Bulgarians with which they share the same slavic language, for political reasons.
