I actually live in Montmartre and I love my neighbourhood and all its boutiques, restaurants, cafés and art galleries. Thanks for the tour of the area. I sometimes need to be reminded of how amazing it is.

I lived in the 18ème last year during the pandemic, and it was honestly the best place to stay at while exploring the exterior of Paris. I loved waking up early and climbing up to Sacré Coeur and watch the sunrise after a good run! So lucky to be able to say that it's my home :)

I just stumbled upon your channel regarding mistakes not to make. Funny story, your number 1 is absolutely correct! First time there in 08 and my French was much better then now I have forgotten a lot. However, I noticed whenever I started off in French, people were open to helping and by doing that I was able to switch to English and they did too with no problem! I will returning in July with my kid!

I thoroughly enjoyed this! Could you do a video for each of the arrondissements? By the way, I was actually in Paris for the first time ever only a week ago! I bought gelato for my kids right before going up those long stairs at Montmartre, and it was the best trick - they ate their gelato while going up the stairs and did not complain once! We had the best time - I watched your videos before our trip to help me prepare, and am now watching them because I now miss Paris!

I had a feeling that was your hood!!! Not gonna lie, but I did try to lookout for your hair and hoped to say hello. I was there a week ago on holiday, which was on hold due to COVID. My flat was located on Rue des Trois Freres on the 4th floor. Those wooden spiral stairs never seemed to end. :-) But having the view of the Eiffel Tower each night was worth it. If you are able to, please stop by the Black Bird Coffee Shop on the same street. The owner is super nice and makes great coffee. I never asked his name, but he was helpful and made me feel at home. Thanks for your wonderful videos. Merci!!

Just wonderful Tiff, it’s such a lovely area. Last visited in 2019 & wandered around a lot including up to the Sacre Coeur but by the back route. Hardly anyone going that way so got to enjoy it crowd free ( the traditional approach was so congested in comparison). Always happy to see A vlog like this.😊

I'll be dammed! I stayed in Montmatre this 17 February, my 1st Paris trip to celebrate my birthday. Stayed at Hotel Montmatre Paris (randomly picked it online) had no idea where it is except for online reviews. OMW! I had the best 5 days of my life alone, she sn emotional tear of joy. It just wasn't enough time to see everything. I am planning to come back end of June to stay longer, one to 3 months, hoping to make a permanent move ultimately.

The view from the church is absolutely incredible. I love the architecture. What I love about Europe is nobody cares, you can just do your thing. Although walking around as a woman even in the UK guys still don't get it and sometimes pester you but those guys were pretty respectful of you. One thing and I don't mean to get political but the food. Here in the UK since leaving the EU; the food has gone downhill a bit. Take for instance our oranges now have a pesticide used on them which was illegal in the EU but hey now its ok. That amongst other things irritates me about not being with the rest of Europe. That food looks so delicious. How do you not put on weight? You always look fabulous. Great video. Thanks (UK London)
