Hello Sam and Paul, Glad to see you again, He he Sam I'm also very prone to vertigo. So I fully understand your apprehension at these "dizzying" heights precisely! Wonderful video and shots as usual and very good editing too. Enjoy this good time together which will forge memories of what your youth will be like in a few years and will bring a smile to your face when you think back. Today the technology thus makes it possible to preserve these unique moments that we share in life with friends or as a couple or in family. Which was not the case in my time. My memories are in most cases recorded in my head. But the memories are misleading, not the pictures. Congratulations to you both. Have fun and see you both soon for a new video. :)

Hello, If this is the architecture of the houses that you think of, half-timbered houses aren't unique to Germany. It's a technique that has already existed since the Neolithic era. They're found in almost all of France. Likewise, corbelling is a technique that has existed for the fourteenth century in Europe and France. As for the cathedral, it's a mixture of Gothic and Romanesque architecture. The pink stone used comes from the Vosges. The workers and craftsmen who worked on its design came mainly from Ile de France, globally renowned for their expertise in the field of cathedral building. Several architects have followed one another throughout its construction and each has added its artistic contribution. Have a good day,

Light projection shows on those old stones is the best thing you can do to those old buildings these days. And in Strasbourg the artists who create the light shows are always real creative. One of the best light projection on Cathedral in France to see. Not the most technically intricate but always the most poetic ones. Also yeah finding vegan option in Alsace Lorraine must be quite the walk in the local cities lol ^^ That being said those pasta looked amazing besides there's garlic in it, you can't go wrong with garlic.

Back in 2014 my wife and I did a roadtrip from the UK to Switzerland, Lake Thun (highly recommend). One of our stops on the way was Strasbourg and we really enjoyed it. Hope to make it to the Christmas market. We saw the light show on the cathedral. They also do light shows on other cathedrals in France. It's pretty neat. If I could say one small thing. We really enjoy your videos and they have improved immensly but some of the panning and cuts on this one was a bit jarring. Other than that really great. :)
@SamFournier3 жыл бұрын
Paul and I would love to visit Switzerland😍 We hope to visit the Christmas markets one day as well. We appreciate the feedback, we are always working on what we can improve. We did have a little hiccup while filming this video where our stabilization was accidentally switched off. We hope to continue improving, thank you for the feedback.

Straßburg in German. It means "The road's Town/City" in both.

And we speak french, elsässisch (alsacien) and german. Germany is about 5 minutes with bikes ;) and a few of english in the touristic places (Strasbourg, Colmar, Riquewihr)

Hi there 😉. Of course, Strasbourg is probably one of the most beautiful cities in the world so I was sure you would love it. But again, what a pity... Living Strasbourg without testing une choucroute or a jarret or a Fois Gras... 😢😢😢. It's like visiting Paris without the Eiffel tower. You missed 50% of the beauty and generosity of Alsace 😜

I enjoyed it without contributing to the death of precious animals.❤️ I promise I didn’t miss out, it was such a lovely city. That cathedral was absolutely magnificent😍
