Aap jab feed kar rehe ho toh kya apke baby ka stomach bhar reha hai ?? Agar HAA toh koi tention ki baat nahi hai ...... Aap agar new mom hai toh 0 to 3 months Tak milk banega toh breast heavy hoga aapko continue 2 hrs feeding baby ko karani chahiye toh hi new milk banega aur breast heavy hoga After 3 month mother ka breastmilk supply regulate ho jata hai jitna baby ka requirement hai us hisabse hi milk Banta hai tan breast itna heavy nahi hota.. but baby ka milk pura Banta hai

@@shijitvlog my baby is 6.5 months old now. And I feed him solid 4 times a day. In between he doesn't ask for milk much. But because my supply hasn't gone down yet breast tend to become so heavy and painful

@@nikitaparab1483 breast pump use karke breast milk express karlo Contact any children hospital near u there r many new born babies in NICU who need breastmilk to survive U can express ur milk through breastpump n donate it in hospital..... Within 6 ,7 montha ur breastmilk supply will come down If u don't want to donate then just express breastmilk with brestpump It will help u
