24 Hours to Catch Every Shiny Starter Pokémon

i made this video about shiny starter pokemon in one day. shiny hunting starters in one day is hard and there are 24 of them i tried to get. i got A LOT of shinies this video so hopefully you enjoyed. and night so if their are errors uhhhhh sorry, i think i did good though

The starter gauntlet is a tough challenge my dude (my name for the find all shiny starters challenge). You did awesome for only 24 hours (even though time you don't play shouldn't be counted). I completed. The gauntlet yesterday myself took 2 days and around 26 hours of hunting non consecutive of course. Also I relied heavily on outbreaks and herba mysticas but honestly I have so many shinies across my games that I didn't have the courage or the patience to phase. On a final note, to all who aim to go for cyndaquil in the cave, arm yourselves with patience and have a fire herba mystica sandwich cause the outbreak is almost impossible to find. I'm pretty sure the milcery outbreaks take space that would normally be occupied by normal outbreaks AND since there's only one square on the map that can spawn cyndaquils you need the dice that rolls to determine where the outbreak will be to roll in that square and give you specifically cyndaquils. I spent 3 hours resetting for cyndaquil outbreak before relenting and getting the shiny cyndaquil in 2 sandwiches with herba mystica. Just go a bit away from the cave then rush back to force some spawns in the cave (game will check where around you there are no spawns and spawn there) if you're lucky you could get a hoarde of cyndaquils (5 together)

The S/V shiny cyndaquil hunt is pointless....just take one of your MANY shiny cyndaquils from pokemon PLA and transfer it over...nobody got time to hunt that dumb pokemon in an even dumber spot....honestly how did the company decide to make it that rare in this gen?! (btw i was getting 10+ spawns each time, why u only gettin a lil over 5?)

For random shinnies so far i found a shiny horsea, turtwig, alolan golem, vibrava, and slakoth. And for sandwich shiny hunts i got shiny popplio, chikorita, tepig, litten, and alolan exeggutor.

Finding shinies in newer games is so easy, nowadays pretty much everyone can find a shiny in their regular playthrough. Up to gen 8, it was much harder to find a shiny, which made it much more fun to shiny hunt, and the shinies felt a lot cooler to get, because you actually had to spend a lot of time to find it. For example, this guy was complaining about taking 3 hours to find shiny sobble, back in gen 8 and earlier, finding a shiny in 3 hours is really good. The newer games have gotten too tame, that's why I don't shiny hunt in any game released after sword and shield.

I had my first shiny charmander and boy it was quick and I used 2 sandwhiches. For time skipping to get a shiny Fennekin was such a pain to find that Ive wasted 4 sandwhiches all for nothing :/

I’m pretty sure that is a different rowlet sometimes when I reload the game mid fainting animation the Pokémon doesn’t show back up so I have to reset again I think that’s what happened and you just didn’t realize there was another one in the tree because they usually spawn back right where you saw them when you saved

new lock on feature you can buy with bp. there are symbols for gender and if the pokemon is relatively large or small. You know if the pokemon is marked if a badge with a ? appears next to the pokemon

The problem you had with the fenniken hunt is that u were searching outside the outbreak where it spawns....you left the circle. You got a shiny sandwich but u werent encountering the pokemon you wanted to use it on.....good lord the amount of time wasted 😢

Yes poplio is the best, also rowlet is better than incineroar, incineroar is fire/dark so, weak to water,ground,fairy i thinkkkk fighting and scorbunny and meowscarada were literally said by 99% of everyone that they were best
