Heres a better tip for Cici: 1. I recommend using Dominance ice instead of sea helberg because dominance ice helps to gain more defense and can lower enemie's shield and lifesteal besides attack speed is not really necessary for Cici since u can spam her first skill 2. Always use her ult to deal more damage on enemies especially on team fight so i recommend spamming her ult too because it makes her 1st skill 2x faster and dont use her ult if ur 1st skill is on cooldown 3. And on lategame i recommend replacing boots with blood lust item since movement speed is kinda useless for cici because when her passive is full u can run fast without boots 4. Using Cici You need to target those who are squishy enemy first so that your team have a bigger chance to win on team fights 5. And lastly PLAY AGGRESSIVE ON EARLY GAME AND PLAY SAFE ON LATE GAME better wait for your teammates to clash because team fight is really good for Cici Edit: Please Like

After Playing CICI for quite a few matches against tough opponents, here are the tips I've learnt: 1. Cici Jungle is one of the best roles for Cici. Cici does hp based damage, so her jungling speed isn't bad 2. Always, ALWAYS buy Cici tank. Since Cici does damage based on enemy hp with her skill 1, the longer she stays alive, the more damage she does, + it gives her less risk when diving backlines. Its the equivalent of a tank diving into your mm, but the tank does alot of damage as well. Buying damage based items for Cici doesn't really do much and many times you will be bursted down by the enemy team. The only damage items u need for Cici is war axe. 3. Always use your ult when available. Her ult cd isn't massively long, and alot of items u buy for cici will give her additional cd reduction. Even when target locking 1 opponent, use her ult for 2x damage ( in reality she hits only 2 additional times since the damage is nerfed to 20%). However since your skill 1 cooldown is basically non-existent, you can basically spam your skill 1 when u ult your enemy, meaning the more times u cast skill 1 the more value u get from your ult. Also, since skill 1 does damage based on enemy hp, hit extra times will always give good value for your damage. 4. Use your jump wisely. Yes Cici has good mobility, but she can still be stopped by heavy cc. chose your targets wisely and jump only when you know you can secure kills. + Jump when the enemy has wasted their cc on your teammates, that way you can get the most value out of your ult and skill 1 5. Just don't exp lane with cc. There are so many better options for exp lane. Cici focuses on mobility, playing her as a jungle or roam makes much better sense. Besides, playing in exp lane, if you want to rotate your lane you will have to be able to high cut, when in reality, you will be most likely struggling in your lane against heavy hitting heros such as dyroth, yuzhong and terizla. If you want to exp lane with Cici, try xborg instead. Xborg does true damage but is aoe and can sustain much better in early to mid game. His additions in teamfights are also very impactful, whereas Cici is there to pick of the backline and provide additional ranged damage with her skill 1. PS: Using this method, u can play aggressively both in early and late game, since cici tank gives her the flexibility to chasse after squishy heros and if you buy immort for her, she can even dive into towers to secure kills before popping her immort and jumping out of towers.

Cici is OKAY She has great mobility & spell vamp, which increases her survivability in team fights. Her damage on her 1st skill is decent, but its unsatisfying and i think it needs to be buffed . Her second skill clearly wasn't thought out well - I think if she lands on an enemy, she needs to cast some sort of CC effect on them, like a small 0.5 second stun or a 1 second charm / taunt (like seraphine ult from LoL) - She is very vulnerable to CC, so I recommend that MLBB devs add 35% CC duration reduction (just like tough boots) whenever she is using her first skill, and still make her 1st skill be able to hit when she is CCED & and I also recommend they add CC immunity on her second skill - Her ult needs a HUGE buff. The damage her ult does is SO LOW?? It needs to have a huge damage buff. Also, I think that enemies that are affected by the person that was ulted by cici should receive 70% of the damage that the person ulted by cici takes from her first skill, no matter if they're in her first skill range or not. And, her ult should focus on making the enemy as least able to move freely as possible, so I think it should immobilize them for 1 second first, then slow them by 45% for another 1second afterwards, all the while linking them together for 5 seconds. - Her passive is good, but it needs a small buff. Instead of increasing MVM speed and SpellVamp by 0.75% per stack, I think it should be 1% per stack.

I agree... maybe my build and game style might have made it tough for me to play cici. but she definitely needs more damage and more immune to cc. Her damage and HP are quite low that I can't decide whether to build her with more shield items which makes her damage low, or more damage items but low hp... For now, I don't see a use of her second skill, except when trying to chase enemies. the jump on them with damage is simply useless as can be countered by any cc and tables flipped

I agree she is very very vulnerable to cc (ironically 😅😅). I usually ban eudora whenever I want to play cici since eudora is really annoying when playing her. Tbh I think her damage is fine. She excels in 1v1 scenarios while struggles a lot in teamfights especially if she gets stunned, slowed and bursted. If there is more than one enemy, the damage of her first skill is very lackluster since the damage gets distributed between the enemies, maybe increase her damage when more enemies are around or just buff her first skill damage in general. that's just my thoughts ^^

Her damage is quite low, I'd have to agree with some but it's well compensated with her mobility and skill cooldown plus her spellvamp. What really bothers me is her first skill that doesn't have a target lock. Still, she's a promising hero with lots of potential. I'm sure, the devs will look into her and make the necessary adjustments.

I buy it as soon as they put it on the main server then i played her in classic.... On my first match i try her out as hyper but her jungling abilities are too low so i got bronze. But on my 2nd match i used her as an exp laner then on that match i got 26 kills 3 deaths and 9 assist + 1 savage and 2 maniacs🔥🔥🔥 Now i really love her for her good mobility and early damage....But she's very weak against cc. So if anyone want to master her, keep this in mind, her mobility is very good so you need to give her the battle spell and items which helps her in her mobility (unless you play her as a roamer). The comments here suggesting she needs a buff are funny, cici is broken if played well - which isn't hard, she's a character that only requires 1 braincell to play. She can effortlessly survive 1v5 situations if you build her tanky. War Axe + Brute Force + Dominance + Oracle + Blade Armour = easy game. Start off with cd boots, late game replace them with Antique Cuirass if you need more def or Malefic Roar for more dmg.

I only using cici for poking and go for backline to poke the mage or marksman my main item war axe and bloodlust and the rest is defence depend on enemy, i often use oracle if we win from early to mid, im using fighter emblem and movement speed talent, tank talent for second, and the spell vamp talent for the third.

she's a kiter, she's supposed to kill the enemy SLOWLY not burst them immediately. she already have great mobility to keep up with the enemy and also great sustain from her passive plus the double jump from her 2nd skill so her having low damage is not that big of a deal.

Since her dmg is not enough I rather use vengeance when you have ult and full stack before initiating a battle. You can atleast be sustained and have a good survivalbility
