I wished you a happy birthday on Instagram, our birthdays are so close together! Mine is on the 18th and I'm 24 as well now. In my 24 years I've learned so much as well, I learned that there's no shame in talking about mental health, that me not being super skinny isn't a bad thing and that being healthy is more important than anorexia, faith is a journey and also not a race, that I deserve love from someone that will not control me and also, that my family is key to my life and happiness. My mum is terminally ill and it's made me realise that we need to hold our loved ones close as you never know when something like that will strike.

Lol. I knew soo many girls that at 17 had perfect bodies. But me at 17 i was super skinny and was built like a 12 year old boy! But when i hit 25 i finally hit my stride.. i work out 3 times a week sometimes up to 5 but never less then 2. However the marriage thing I'm SO Glad to be Single. There is nothing like being single.
