I have OCD and have very similar rituals. I do the bottle thing to, and the way he puts it down and picks it up, feels just like looking myself. And I never step on lines, and when I step over I do it with my right leg, so sometimes I need to step really big, or really small before a line, just like he does it. Maybe he only does these when playing, so It's not really OCD.
