there's a weep hole towards the front of the swingarm where I insert a small plastic rod to push up on the axle (once it starts to mate with the yoke) to help lessen the angle when trying to insert it back in the yoke splines. I have to remove the Vance & Hines muffler, but it helps.

Replacing the pads is easy, although I don't have the manual or the bike in front of me to look it up. I don't have the bike anymore period. From memory, there are two bolts which hold the brakes in place. Simply remove these and the brake pads and calipers will slide off the rotar. If you are removing the stock 200 and putting a stock 200 back on, you do not need to remove the drive shaft. It is still a tight fit, so take care to not to scratch up the rim as you remove it. And I'm sorry I didn't get to your questions sooner, I was in Afghanistan and I missed the notifications.

How do you secure the bike?? Keep it from falling over? Since you can’t lift rear spools(pumpkin has to come off)

do you need to remove the driveshaft to take a stock 200 off ?????? please let us know thanks

9 years later and you probably don't even have the bike anymore but I thought I'd leave an answer here in case anybody else is wondering. The stock 200 wheel and tire will come right off without doing anything to the angle drive. You don't even really have to remove the brake caliper either, you can just leave it attached to the bracket and swing the whole thing down out of your way after pulling the axle out. Then just slide the wheel over to the right and it drops right out easy peasy. The whole job just takes a few minutes.
