240SX GETS LIGHTWEIGHT DRIVESHAFT! WILL IT ADD 45HP?!

I love when something on this car fails, It just means to time to upgrade something LOL NEW PARTS FOR THE 240SX
We had a really bad rumbling noise in our interior, and along with that , a rattling shifter and dash at lower RPMs
Now that we got the center bearing removed with the one piece driveshaft its going to NEVER give us this issue again.

That's a pretty good amount of weight shaved off. I hope you don't hack up the car for weight savings..lol. But I wouldn't mind seeing more mods that would shave some weight off. Looking good you guys.

If you get a hum from the trans get a stick of Kilmat and press it over the trans tunnel around the shifter and that should help

power gain (or recover rather) depends on the inertia and speed of rotation. so for the same rotational speed, if the weight is at a big radius (wheels) its big power savings, if radius is small (driveshaft..) small power savings.

While the Polar Moment of Inertia (Radius) is extremely important I believe the "Rate of Acceleration" is much more important than the "speed" of the part in question.
