#242. Temporary Tattoos in Resin DONE DIFFERENTLY!
In todays Resin Art video we try temporary tattoos but in a different way! It was one of those days where everything I touched went wrong!
Always plan your resin art projects and make sure you double check before you begin! I was quite lucky with this one as I think the results were stunning even with the mistake!

🦋❤️🦋I have two differant sets of differant color chameleon flakes,, and one of the chameleon powder set, and they are really stunning in projects like this one I use a very fine makeup applicator or a cotton bud for details and it works a dream, the butterfly Is stunningly gorgeous. In fact on a larger scale I made a resin octopus using the chameleon flakes, of the purple and green and blue in areas around its legs and head, directly painting in the mould, and using apoxy black resin and cured it up, after 24 hours I demoulded it and it turned out perfect I was well stuffed. The flakes are the best for more vibrant colors that I love the chameleon powder is lighter. But great to work with. And only a little is needed to blend in an area, great stuff.🦋

I was so worried the black was gonna overpower but you did great coverage with the foil and the mica powder, so your instincts were SPOT ON! This piece is absolutely awe-inspiring!! And it's something I can try ... once I get some temp tattoos! lol Love this so much!

I like the floating effect! I printed tiny butterflies on overhead transparencies. I cut them out and place them in bezels with clear UV resin. They turned out really cool! My granddaughters kept them all. I need to make more. Same idea! But I think it might be a bit easier. I can see what I'm doing.
