Nice find. You mentioned that this instrument can be used to calibrate multimeters. What are other use cases for this instrument?

I really hope you have articles on hand and evaluate this device, if possible, can you tell me in the price range of $ 160-170, which oscilloscope product is the best. Thanks you ❤️

Thank you!, well with FNIRSI you can not realy trust the specs.. but if you stay below 30 MHz is will be okey.. If you need 100 MHz, look at Siglent/Rigol/Owon/Hantek but you pay more.
