This interview made Kwan my favorite player outside the Phillies. He is so down to earth and his tools are insane plus his old school style of play. Great dude

Funny you say that, I’m a lifelong Cleveland fan and my favorite non-Guardian player is Bryce Harper. Hope to see you in late October!

Let's go Guards! Kwan has been every bit of class I've expected. Fantastic interview, Love the vibes.

"I'm tall enough to be in this league." What an awesome person. EVERYONE has doubts and insecurities, and it's great to see a guy like Kwan talk without shame about being human. Guardians fans, this team is so special. Enjoy every one of these guys while we have them. ❤

It’s incredible to see Kwan play because he’s an old school pure hitter who we don’t have too many of anymore. Rose is a great interviewer as well.

Kwan was one of the great players from my alma mater, Oregon State and also played for our local college summer team, the Corvallis Knights. Cheers and thanks, Chris!

I have been noticing young Asian-American players recently, such as Kwan and Conner Wong. He mentioned that he had Ichiro poster in his room. I wonder if Ichiro gave them the inspiration...that you can be an Asian and small and still can be good at playing Baseball🙂

Kwan is an anime boy, love that Also, MLB/ESPN/Apple TV should consider doing content like this rather than the awful on field interviews. This show does such a better job at letting us get to know the players

Can’t believe tristian McKenzie was sent down to AAA
@Fadingmypictures4 ай бұрын
Really? Why? He's been ridiculously terrible as of late. He lost velocity on his rope like fastball and that's his main pitch. People have been crushing it... Tristan seems like a great dude, but he's not been the same pitcher after his injury and surgery from last year.
@amonrodriguez35184 ай бұрын
@@Fadingmypictures ya I saw it was around 91-92 and even upper 80s. That sucks. Hope he figures it out, he is a good dude seems like. Saw a video him talking to students and he’s so down to earth, and some concert at the stadium he got on stage and belted whatever country or rock artist’s song was into the mic. He’s only 26 so hope he’s back ready to go in September
@Fadingmypictures4 ай бұрын
@amonrodriguez3518 I agree. He seems like an awesome guy. He was also a good, reliable pitcher before his injury. Hopefully he can figure out how to get his velocity back up.

I guess the only question is; would Shaq dunk on Kwon more often than Kwon gets an XBH off of Shaq?
@amonrodriguez35184 ай бұрын
That’s a close one. I think shaq dunks every attempt and Kwan gets it done every time
