I recently made this for my husband but I didn’t tell him about the Stove Top because he hates stuffing! After he was finished, I asked him what he thought and he loved it! Then I told him what was in it! He said it was so good, he wants me to make it again soon! He also said it was better then his mom’s recipe and Cracker Barrel’s! 😃 We had leftover cold meatloaf sandwiches a few days later for lunch! So good!

Now this is how you make meatloaf! Finally a recipe with milk added. I've been making meatloaf for 50 years and always added milk. Maybe it's from my German heritage. The stovetop is a new option that I'm looking forward to trying. Also, never barbecue sauce, always ketchup! Thanks for posting.

Looks good we are going to try it right now with sweet baby Ray's vidalia onion bbq. Didn't think about freezing half but sounds like a good idea. Does it expand when.you cook it?

I haven't tried but that sounds like it would be delicious. Here in the US we have evaporated milk, I am not sure if that is what you have access to, but I would use slightly less of the evaporated milk than regular milk in the recipe. I hope that helps! :)
