Leute, dankt nicht der GEMA, dankt KZbin, bzw. Google. KZbin weigert sich schlichtweg, jegliche Gebühren an die GEMA abzutreten. Dass sie bei jedem Video, das folglich gesperrt wurde daran geschrieben haben, dass die GEMA schuld daran ist, war ein sehr geschickter Schachzug (gegen den die GEMA auch geklagt hat, allerdings ein wenig zu spät). Ändert aber trotzdem nichts daran, dass Google/KZbin in üblicher Großkonzernmanier denkt, dass sie sich über das Gesetz stellen können...

Route setters usually climb their own routes. Setters have a lot more time to practice their route while setting it. In a competition, you only have a few minutes to figure out the moves, so they have to take that into account when setting the difficulty.

So basically, they set up a problem, and test every move. Usually they are strong themselves so they do one move at a time, and in theory. If every move is possible, then the route is possible. even of the setter themselves can't do it

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that the climbers got a day or so to test these boulders, unlike most boulder competitions. So these boulders will be much harder than boulders for regular competitions. I don't know how it really works, but I imagine a few things can be considered: firstly there are other very good climbers out there who could help with testing, secondly the builders themselves will be rather good climbers as well, and thirdly very good builders can set problems above their own level simply by imagining/knowing what works and what doesn't.
