Thank you so much for this video, Im going through a POTS investigation myself and all my ecg tests so far have come back as normal or nothing significant and it’s just frustrating! I get up dizzy every morning since I was 15 years old (now I'm 35) and it's for various reasons, at night I have bruxism and that makes things worse, since I tense my neck. and in this video, watching you do yoga reminded me of the first time I tried it and the feeling was very strange because instead of having done a yoga session my feeling was that of having drunk 5 beers from the dizziness that caused me. I’ve mentioned before, I have a mild case of pots. I don’t know how healthy this is or if it’s helpful with more severe cases, but I take in a bit more salt than the average person along with a lot of water to keep my blood volume high. I have to stay away from caffeine because while it helps by constructing blood vessels, when it wears off my blood pressure drops through the floor and I’m screwed up for days 😬

It is a matter of degree I think. Dizzy on occasion is fairly common when standing too fast. Momentary blindness is the absolute max for most. Passing out is a different level. For most this also tends to happen in suboptimal conditions such as heat or dehydration.

I remember my ambulatory ECG, I had it when I was fifteen and it helped me get my POTS diagnosis. I'm on medication for my POTS and it's doing wonders for me.

You should get a tripod for your phone (unless you already have one) because honestly the footage from your phone wasn't bad, but I get preferences of wanting better quality videos. But I'm pretty sure they're fairly cheap tripods for phones on Amazon, love watching your videos, and love your discord server. xxx
