Want a true day in the life of a caregiver....ditch your car and take a bus. On your new wage you can not afford a car. So start your day 2 hours earlier. You can not afford to buy lunch on tbe way to work so better get your food stamp card. You will work 12 hours lifting , wiping cleaning cooking... If your lucky you might have gloves. You will have clients family wanting you to cook for them or watch their kids. You have to bath and clean up diarrhea. Clean litter box or walk a dog. Go to the store for one thing. Listen to fox news or gun smoke all day on a blasting loud tv. And if your lucky you can leave before the last bus does. Oh and this is rewarding? No it is not. Your trying to pay bills on a below poverty paycheck while your company's owner collects a fat payment from the government waiver program. Your told this Special rewarding work helping others...no it is not . Caregivering agencies are not charities they are in business to earn a profit. But employmees are suppose to not care about earning a decent wage. Putting on a fake man bun is just as asinine as his video. Can't get sick, because there are no benefits. Go sign up for a Medicaid card. That is what a day working as a caregiver is. One step up from being a indentured servant.

Lol calm down. It’s caregiving 😂 try having a real physically demanding job you snowflake. You have no idea what hard work really looks like. Oh boo hoo you have to walk a dog and make an old persons bed, you’re such a hard worker lmao

@@enriquevillasenor7836 I took care of quadriplegic, severe dementia incontinence, I never had to walk a dog but lifting someone who weighs 200 lb and cleaning them up because they have diarrhea running down their legs it is no snowflake kind of a job. If they could take care of them selves I wouldn't be there.

@@Kikilu7552 hell some female patients may prefer a male staff member too. At least sometimes. Maybe not as a live in though.

@@PianoDisneygal10 I'm disabled and a girl. I've been in and out of ers and mental hospitals, surprisingly, in my experience a lot (not all) women nurses/techs are extremely judgy and rude where as most men are actually kind, understanding and respectful.
