In 1978 I was 18. I saw O.J. and his young son buying gas for their humble motor boat at the Lake Arrowhead marina in So Cal. I didn't speak to him as I was too shy. So here's your correct. answer. They called him the juice because he have so much energy. And it seemed like even toward the end of the game or at the end of the game he had a limitless amount of energy and was able to run at the end of the game like he could at the beginning of the game. So they nicknamed him the juice which is a slang term for energy

Maybe he was found "not guilty" but how can he ever be forgiven for the If I Did It debacle, via which he attempted to profit from the murders of Nicole and Ron. It's the most disgusting piece of self-promotion ever written!

I wonder if CTE made him sociopathic, or perhaps it was the trauma of his daughter drowning a few years after this interview. His sociopathology is clear; that's the only way someone can be such a great guy and an abuser at the same time. I just wonder if he always had it or if it was circumstantial.

Bullshit . You can't blame everything horrible people do on a personality disorder. You can have remorse , empathy , guilt , etc and still do vile and horrible things . It's not black and white when it comes to why people do things . Not every killer, rapist , or wife beater is a sociopath or someone with a defected brain. In fact , most are not.

Such a similar career and fame trajectory between OJ in the 70s/80s and The Rock more recently. I'm not saying that to make any rather dark predictions! But it's just that if you took away the way things ended in 1994, OJ could really be likened in his time to what The Rock is now. (Different sports, I know, although Rock played football early on too.) I wasn't around during OJ's football career but I remember the night of the murders/police chase quite well, and am thinking it must have been so ridiculously shocking for people who vividly remembered the OJ in this interview. Just stunning.

You're not alone. He simply doesn't have the demeanor, nowadays, of someone who supposedly did such a horrible thing. However, he does have the demeanor of someone who is covering for someone else. Here's a documentary that that outlines a lot of evidence that indeed implicates someone else - someone very close to OJ: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKLCnHyBiMqSjq8

@@robs5688 Comment is so naive ? Who's to say what the demeanor or a personality of a murderer is supposed to be ? Or background? Hollywood movies and TV Shows ? This isn't a movie where the bad guys are people with malice in there eyes and hard glares . you can spot out easily ....

He continued broadcasting the sport of football appearing on Monday Night Football and NBC. In acting, he appeared in the "Naked Gun" series. Then, OJ's time to perform in 'The Theater Of The Real' finally came...He was scripted to play a modern version of "Othello" in a hoaxed news event where he killed his wife. All news events are part of The Theater Of The Real. OJ played his part well.
