I don't understand why rich people would choose to live in CT. Like why not live in the South or out midwest where you'll get to keep more of your money. Something like that would probably be 5-10mil in texas or down south.

The exterior is absolutely breathtaking, but the interior, except for the library, is too sterile. Has too much white. Looks like the final scene in the movie '2001-A Space Odyssey." Needs more wood, like the library.
