One point struck me here - the company grievance process, sounds like entering a snake pit as it may be full of people who are not personally on your side- if it is a necessary box ficking exercise, what's the best way to got through it and tick the boxes even when you are not expecting to get much from it?

My advice take it on the chin and avoid any legal recourse if you'd an issue with your work. I feel its designed for normal people to fail. Bloody horrible experience I'm living through

My wife works in the private health sector. They have changed hands and she is due to sign a new contract in January. She was called into the boardroom yesterday and threatened with regard her vaccine status. How can I protect her going forward.
