Не претендую на истину в последней инстанции, - но, вижу, что ноги очень сильные, не плохая спина, но руки вверху в рывке держат неуверенно. Возможно, швунговая работа рывковым хватом из-за головы поможет уверенней "заходить" под штангу на рывке. Илья, искренне желаю успешной подготовки тебе, хорошего восстановления и без травм! Хоть и из России - всегда болею за тебя!

This is in no way a hater comment, but is Ilya gurning here, as in the jaw moving (a side effect of amphetamines)? I read they are sometimes used in training but know very little about this, kinda doubt it too. Look at 8:15 onwards, if you have never done or hung around people on ecstasy/coke/speed you may not notice it.
