Had she been man she would have at the very least got life in prison without parole (like Chris Watts). Same goes for Casey Anthony. ftuff30 I wrote yes on the beginning of my reply, so that means I agree with you. But Yates was diagnosed with schizophrenia and baby blues after the birth of her last child-so maybe that was the reason why she did what she did. But she should have at least gotten life in prison without parole. There was a case here in Croatia where I live-a man named Damir Voškion, who also had schizophrenia, killed his whole family, except his mom-his father, brother, sister in law, and their 2 kids, one of them was 6 month old baby. But he got prison sentence. And our legal system is lousy. So I'm surpised that the jury got Andrea off so easily due to insanity. Diane Downs shot her 3 kids but she had no mental ilness-she was maybe psychopath like Chris Watts. And they jailed her also for life.

Because she was sick and twisted and had munchausen and munchausen by proxy. The girls had like 5 specialists each. Also, I read shanann belonged to some lupus support group YEARS before diagnosed (speculation was that she learned alot of the symptoms and then shopped for the diagnosis). I k know how all kids like to play and mimic things they see in real life, but that girl knew the start of the exam quite well. The take your shirt off part was a little weird though

Patrina Jasso yes, but that jury was evil for letting OJ go in the first place. They had the power to put him in prison, but they did not care for the victims. That judge who gave the kids to him was the same as that jury. Besides, maybe OJ got his kids back because he never abused them, while he did this to Nicole out of his jealousy. Kids maintain the contact with him even today. Many killers never harm their children. That's why I consider Watts worse of them all.
