25.1: Introduction to Azeotropes

When broken into Greek root words, "Azeotrope" loosely means "does not change when boiled". In other words, the composition of vapor and liquid in equilibrium is the exact same!
This is a big problem for distillation, as this threatens the very essence of the separation. However, there are strategies to overcome the pesky azeotropes, which we cover in the last part of the course.
