I usually do not have the lock screen or any security enabled unless I'm traveling. It's just too annoying. One thing users might not be aware of is that when the tablet is powered on, but the screen is off, you can double tap the screen to wake it up, so you don't have to press the power button.

I just bought a new Tab S4 but I am not able to set it up on such a way as to wake it up when I flip open my book cover. I could do this on my old iPad Pro why can't I do it on my Tab S4?

Hey saki. You really make very informative videos. No BS type of sht. Anyway, i have a question about the tab s4 pen. Mine is a bit wobbly or loose. Is it by design or i have a defective pen. It works but the first time i used it i could feel that the tip would move first before the whole pen moves. I compared it with my s3 pen although it also moves but it's not the same

Currently, samsung is doing a Cashback deal but in order to take advantage of it, you have to register the device together with your name & IMEI. Given that, I'm not sure I'll be using any of the biometric capabilities. By the way, what's the deal wrt encryption on this device? Is it enabled out of the box?

I was reading an ebook on my Tab S4, there was a setting which turned the pages to an Amber colour, suppose to be for Night time reading, I switched it on, now all pages are Amber including web pages, I can't find the setting to revert back, I have reset my device, it's but still the same.

Nasir Khalid goodnotes 5 originally only for apple will be available for Android this year.. the apple release will be early September but no news on when the Android and windows app will be officially ready for download just that it will be Universal for all devices

It's similar to the Note 8 which I have. There's abolutely no latency as far as I can tell on my phone or any smudges left by my hand. Someone with a tab S3 can actually give you an idea.

Depends what you need it for. What's wrong with your iPad Pro? I heard good things about it, what I mean is it's all relative isn't it. Some do pics others draw others edit videos. I never say a tablet is bad because if it fulfills your needs than it's good for you....see what I mean. I am a Netflix binger so that Dolby Athmos feature is exciting for me (some people might not be able to tell the difference) I love drawing but that's my thing. it's like phones. Some people get all excited about the camera...for me if it takes a decent pic I'm happy...it's not top of my priorities while gaming is. For al I know you might be one of them....I say if the phone is already pricey the camera, at least has to be damm good if not awesome lol I'm also a custumisation freak.....i change the look of my phone and tablets all the time....but then again that's my idea of fun. i found a way to cast movies from my windows pc to my iPad using vlc streamer ( and hey I'm in another room) and it was like I won the lottery lol I see youtubers comparing cameras and nit picking at tiny details and I say wtf....they all look the same to me lol Again it's subjective.

Jennifer Debono nothing is wrong with it but it does need more ram as programs reload often. I never have this issue on my note 8 with 6 GB Ram. I was looking to let my son use my old iPad for school and get me a new one :)

I have a Note 8 too lol I also have a Tab S2...now that would be considered old but i still find it snappy and it has an older processor and 3 gb of ram. Look at it this is way it'd cheaper than most smartphones and you can get a less pricey keyboard and mouse for it than the pro. it's a leap of faith...what can I say. I mean the apple pencil alone set me back 120 euros (136 dollars).....the S4 comes with the S pen that absolutely overshadows the pencil and I am not being an Apple hater here lol As I said I have both. And the Spen on the S4 doesn't need charging....comes with a set of nbbs too if you need them. Well you know all that if you have a Note 8.

Jennifer Debono You are right, there are pros and cons for both. I am not a fan of the iOS UI all and prefer Android. I love the looks of the DEX inferface and think it would be much better for work as I use my tablet daily for work. The iPad does not split screen well and I find it very clunky. I also have an Apple Pencil and I find it needs charging at the most inconvienent times so I agree with the you, the S-Pen is much better than the Apple Pencil for daily use,

Yeah this is like windows....easier to use....all in all i see more pros than cons. I think I had to watch some video three times before i got the hang of doing some multi tasking on the iPad....I mean it's even easier on the Note using split screen. And that pencil becomes a lethal weapon when you charge it lol. BTW printing is a headache as well....say you want to print an email....first convert to pdf than you can print. I print from my phone like I print from my pc...all i needed was the HP plugin which i down loaded from the Play store. It finds my printer in the blink of an eye. Same thing with this tablet....no problems printing if you need to keep a hard copy of something. That's a big plus if you ask me.
