Should have installed 440 board around the wood columns prior to pouring the concrete instead of just pouring around and up against the wood. It would help wick any moisture from the concrete to get out. Moisture will be retained between the wood and the concrete and may lead to the bottom of the columns rotting out. Pressure treatment will not help in this situation. No rebar?. I hope you have fiber mesh in it.

In the future I would have poured a round concrete pier sized for the load down below frost. From finished grade for the thickness of the floor I would have created a box within the circle of the pier and turned it 45 degrees with top of pier at finished floor. You control joints would then run from the outside walls to the points of the box and from box to box in the aisle with a post anchor with a set off plate to keep it off the concrete. This would require a good job with the string lines to make sure everything lines up. A laser would almost be a must for this.

I would not say that was great again without rebar or mesh.
